I am 48 years old and have been totally disabled since 3/2/2010 due to a massive brain hemorrhage. I have post stroke central pain syndrome, an ever increasing and intensifying pain. I am on strong narcotic medication for the pain, and am recently suffering severe side effects, and want to be off of it. I need a miracle that only our Heavenly father, the Lord God Almighty can provide. Please pray and believe with me for this miracle. Please pray for my healing. God almighty is your refuge. There are many pros and cons concerning that lap band. Research it very carefully before you decide. Being that weight is not healthy and minimizing your meals, watching what you eat and exercise will bring it down. Remember that you did not get to 223 pounds in a month! In the same way, you will not weigh 170 overnight either. Patience my dear girl. It takes one bite at a time to eat an elephant and one step at a time to run a marathon. Take one day at a time and rejoice in little goals being met. Two pounds lost per week = 104 pounds lost in a year! think of it that way. I have had no accidents but am experiencing real fear and diziness driving now. I really need deliverance.
